Best BBQ I've had in a while! Pulled pork sandwich was spot on-flavorful and not a bit dry. The Chopped Brisket sandwich was by far the best I've ever had. Their sauce is not too sweet, seasoned to perfection. The fully loaded baked potato salad gets an honorable mention too. Feel like BBQ? This is your place!!
Unbelievably Good! Everything we had was top notch...didn't even need sauce, the pickles and house onions are all you need. They even make their own sausage.. WE had the smk garlic & black pepper sausage, well you know me & sausage.....Amazing....The sides are crazy good too. The slaw is a super simple light vinegar style, Nice & fresh to have with all the meat and yummy starchy sides. Just go and you will see.
The three meat combo - can't go wrong with this choice. Especially with the brisket, burnt ends and pulled pork. The quality of BBQ is great, smooth smoke taste and smell. By far, the largest portioned size brisket and burnt ends that I've ever had in the Kansas City region. Worth a future revisit, was greatly pleased with the customer service as well.
Clean place, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Fantastic food! I got the Truth Bomb sandwich with fries. The bun was nice and fresh, the fries were awesome, the sausage and brisket were delicious. I had a Big Red from the fountain also, have not had that in a long time. No disappointments here at all. In a town with dozens of BBQ places, this one is in the top tier.
